The Education & Outreach activities are designed to develop programme packages on different cultural patterns, to impart informal education to people around the world about the rich heritage of Indian communities. The IGRMS organises different kinds of education programmes. These include:

·        ‘Do and Learn ‘ - participatory Education Programme on traditional arts and knowledge system by traditional different parts of India

·        Circulate  Temporary Travelling Exhibitions on different traditional art and community knowledge systems

·        Organise Artist camps/ workshops in different parts of India to promote inter-regional transfer of technologies

·        Circulation of books, catalogues, audio-video films/ CDs

·        Organise Seminars/ Lectures/ Conferences etc. to disseminate information on bio-cultural evolution of mankind

·        Work for national integration
